From the moment I first called her, Suzanne was warm, friendly and focused on what would be best for ME and selling my house. It was clear I was not just "another in a string of clients" but rather my house would get her individual attention and the staging would be tailored. On top of all of this, due to a complex situation, I had to call Suzanne in at the last minute...yet this in no way diminished the quality or professionalism of the job she did. Suzanne's "plant wizard" partner Elizabeth Gane was also both competent and delightful to work with. Our house sold in less than a week and I give Suzanne's outfit all the credit for making that possible.

Suzanne is extremely talented and professional. We have two little ones and are relocating for my husband's job. Suzanne came in and completely put us at ease. She has excellent taste and a gifted eye for maximizing spaces and bringing colors together. Her work is gorgeous and she makes even the smallest plain spaces look luxurious and classy. We listed our home for sale on a Friday, then had an open house to begin showing the home that Sunday. We received three offers from that first day - one of them was $3,000 over asking price and another was all cash and as is (no inspection required). She showed me tricks and tips on how to make a bed look magazine perfect and fluffy. She gave tips on how to choose pieces for a home and how to arrange furniture. She even gave ideas for staging our yard. After working with her I feel like our home sale has been fun and enjoyable. She is such an exceptional person. We don't know what we would have done without her!!! I've even gathered some valuable knowledge to set up our next home! She goes above and beyond. I met Suzanne in February 2016 to get help putting a friends house on the market. It was instantly clear Suzanne was going to be the help I needed. She has a vast collection of 'before and after' pictures of her projects which helped me gain confidence that she had a clear and personal vision for our house. There are no 'cookie cutter' projects for Suzanne. She got to know our personal situation, looked at the house and garden and created a plan to transform the house into a beautiful, relaxing, warm, inviting home. She had contacts that I needed for different trades, all of which were prompt and extremely fair with pricing. By mid March 2016 the house was ready to go on the market and it sold within days, not months! Suzanne is amazing! First she puts you at complete ease when discussing options for staging or remixing. Her abiity to imagine a quality endpoint when given very little to work with is astonishing. After Suzanne was done staging our home for sale, I wish we would have requested her services years earlier so we could have enjoyed our own furnishing...just arranged more tastefully. BTW, our home sold in 17 days in a tough market.

Suzanne is the best and worth every penny if you are looking to sell your home quickly and for top dollar. Our latest project was nothing short of miraculous! Selling a home in late November is probably the toughest time of year. Most people would advise against but with the right team on your side it can be done with great results!
With Suzanne's guidance they buyers worked to prepare their home to show its best. We had professional pictures taken on Thursday and listed the home on Friday as soon as we received the pictures. Showings were held to begin on Sunday at open house. When opened the door for the open house, there was a line waiting to see the results of Suzanne's hard work. Within 24 hours we received 3 full price offers at a price well above recent comparable sales and have opened escrow above listing price. SUZANNE IS THE BEST!!!

I had a realtor nightmare going on with a property I had listed. The tenants moved out with little notice and made it very difficult to show. The seller was on the east coast and had deferred 8 years of maintenance. After they moved out all the defects became glaring. Fortunately the seller was in town and was able to meet with myself and Suzanne. She agreed to doing the list of fix it items, painting and staging. Suzanne handled all details related to funiture and fixtures etc. Her photographer came and took pics and the seller is now very happy seeing her home the way it showed when she occupied it.
